Toni Chapman — Brand Evolution & Launch Strategy

The Challenge:

Toni was established as a food creator but wanted to expand her influence beyond the kitchen and reposition herself as a multi-hyphenate cultural voice.

Our Approach:

Partnered with her on an ongoing basis to define growth verticals, refine her brand narrative, and provide launch strategy. Landed placements at CultureCon and EssenceFest Hollywood House, and supported her media prep and event execution. Co-created and executed the 5-part dinner party series, taking it from ideation to activation.

The Impact:

Toni has successfully transitioned from content creator to cultural contributor, with a stronger presence as a speaker, author, and influencer. Her brand now extends beyond food into cultural storytelling and community-building experiences.
